Welcome to Ogden School District (OSD), the institution responsible for archiving the permanent records of both current and former OSD students.  Please use the user-friendly secure interface to conveniently request transcripts or student records for current students or former students.  This is only available for K-12 School District officials with verified Scribbles Accounts.

To ensure compliance with District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), access to student records is limited to individuals who possess authorization from the student, parent, guardian, or responsible person (in the case of students under 18 years old). For students who are 18 years or older, school records will not be released to parents, guardians, or responsible individuals without the written consent of the student.

Here are some important details to keep in mind:

1. All requests for student records or information must be submitted through Scribbles. 
2. Throughout the process, you will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to provide updates on the status of your request. Please read these emails attentively, as they may contain additional instructions or requirements necessary for the processing of your request.
3. To ensure accuracy, all requests will be thoroughly reviewed. Any inaccuracies in the information provided may result in a delay or inability to process your record. We will communicate with you exclusively via email regarding your request.
4. Until the student and/or student’s parents have officially withdrawn a student out of OSD which could include paying all fines or returning all equipment.  Official records will be withheld until the official process has been completed with OSD.  See Utah State Law 53G-8-212, section 2.
